Pablo’s technical journey spans multiple countries and industries. Early in his career, he worked under Shammah Computer Sales & Services in Jamaica, where he led a major office-network deployment project in partnership with USAID, the Ministry of Health Jamaica, and The University of the West Indies. This project strengthened his reputation for delivering large-scale, mission-critical IT infrastructure with precision and accountability.

His expertise further expanded through 15+ years of IT Technical Support provided on a consultancy basis to Tecon Oil Services Ltd., a wholly indigenous Nigerian oil and gas company with multinational presence in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Texas (USA), and Dubai (UAE). Tecon specializes in well engineering, oilfield equipment rentals, drilling support, completions, workovers, fishing operations, tubular running, and tool fabrication.
Through this long-term consultancy, Pablo delivered high-level IT support across their operations, gaining extensive experience working within fast-paced, high-integrity, and safety-critical environments—skills he now applies directly to Pablo’s PCs Innovation.
